Coriander Powder

The seeds of the coriander plant are used to make coriander powder. It imparts a
moderate flavour and aroma to both sweet and savoury dishes. A beautiful blend of fresh-from-the-garden scent and natural green colour. This variety is commonly used to add a distinct curry flavour to Indian dishes. Coriander has a flavour that is reminiscent of lemon and sage, with a sweet undertone. Coriander is mostly utilised for flavour in Indian cuisine. The distinctive 'curry' flavour comes from frying roast- ground coriander powder in oil.

Cumin Powder

Cumin comes from the Cuminum cyminum plant and is used as a spice. Asia, Africa, and Europe are its native habitats. However, it is used to flavour food all over the world. Cumin powder is found in a variety of spice combinations, including curry powder. Chili, tamales, and a variety of Indian curries all benefit from the flavour of cumin powder. It has been described as earthy, nutty, spicy, and warming in flavour. This versatile spice
can be used in a variety of dishes, from lentils and curries to soups, stir-fries, dips, and more.
