You are allowed to return a product for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

When returning an item, include the original packing slip and bill if possible. If you do not have it, please add a note with your order number; otherwise, we won’t be able to process your refund.
You will need to cover your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
After we receive your return,the product received will be subject to inspection. We will send you an email to let you know we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the credit will automatically go back to your original payment method within a few days.
We will give you a refund once we receive the product receipt. The refund will be credited to the original payment source after deducting the cancellation fees. Refunds will depend on how the order was paid for.
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then reach out to your credit card company, as it might take some time before your refund shows up.

Items on sale are not eligible for refunds.
We will only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you encounter such an issue, please send us an email within 48 hours after receiving the item, and we will assist you further.
